• I signed up as a seller, what do I do next?
  After you have signed up you may immediately login and start adding listings.

• What constitutes a listing and how many am I allowed?
  One listing represents one vinyl record. There is no limit to the number of listings a seller may have. Once a listing sells, the seller is responsible for removing the listing (which can then be replaced with a new listing).

• How much does it cost to list?
  There is a setup fee of $5.00 to create a seller account. There is also a monthly charge that depends on the number of listings. 1-100 listed items is FREE. 101-500 listed items is $5.00 per month. 501-2000 listed items is $10.00 per month. 2001-7500 listed items is $15.00 per month. 7501-25000 listed items is $25.00 per month. After 25000 listed items, each additional 1-10000 listed items is an additional $1.00 per month. For example, 35000 listed items equals $26.00 per month. All fees are quoted in US dollars.

• I have all my vinyl listed in my own database, do I still have to enter each listing one at a time into the Vinyl Galore database?
  Not necessarily. We may be able to import your listings into the Vinyl Galore database all at once. Contact us for help.

• What happens when a buyer wants one of my listings?
  When a buyer requests vinyl that you have for sale, they fill out a form with their email address and this is sent to you along with the vinyl listing they want. You, as the seller can now contact the buyer directly and complete the sale. Vinyl Galore does NOT get in the middle of your business transactions.

• I already have a business selling vinyl, can I still sign up as a seller on Vinyl Galore?
  Yes, anyone who sells vinyl may sign up and list their vinyl using Vinyl Galore.

• How will I be charged?
  You will receive a statement via email each month on the anniversary of your sign up date. The monthly statement will contain a web address for paying your monthly fee with PayPal or a credit card transaction. Accounts are considered delinquent five days after the anniversary date each month. Delinquent accounts will have all listings removed.

• How do I cancel service?
  You may cancel service by sending an email message stating such to vgadmin@vinylgalore.com OR you can do nothing and your service will lapse as stated in the previous question and answer. There are no refunds of the monthly charge.

  No, Vinyl Galore receives nothing for forwarding search requests and is not affiliated with any of the other sites. Nor does Vinyl Galore endorse or recommend any of the other sites. Search request forwarding is just a service for Vinyl Galore searchers.
